Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase and support of WINONDEMAND, LLC.

Due to the digital nature of our products and memberships, all sales are final.

1. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase.

Because access is granted instantly and materials can be downloaded or duplicated, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Membership and Founding Membership

All Membership and Founding Membership payments are non refundable.

If you are a Member enrolled in a recurring plan, you may cancel your Membership before its renewal date to prevent future charges. No refunds will be issued for partial Membership periods.

Founding Membership is a one time payment and is non refundable.

Access to Membership or Founding Membership benefits is for the individual Member only and may not be transferred.

3. Donations

All donations and voluntary contributions are final and non refundable.

WINONDEMAND, LLC is a for profit entity. Contributions are voluntary and generally not tax deductible.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, Membership, or Founding Membership, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
