2. Intellectual Property and Template License

All content on this website, including digital products, Notion templates, downloads, videos, written materials, branding, graphics, and resources, is the intellectual property of WINONDEMAND, LLC unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase a digital product or membership, you are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license for personal, non commercial use only.

If a product includes a Notion template or similar duplicable asset, you may duplicate the template into your own workspace for personal use.

You may not:

  • Share, transfer, or distribute the template or any duplicated version

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content

  • Claim the template or its structure as your own

  • Create derivative works for resale

  • Provide access to non paying individuals

  • Share login credentials for memberships

Purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

3. Digital Products and All Sales Final

Due to the instant access nature of digital products and memberships, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise required by law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Memberships

We offer free and paid membership options, including annual and lifetime access tiers.

Membership
Annual memberships automatically renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis.

You may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for partial membership periods.

Founding Membership
Founding Membership is a one time payment providing access for the lifetime of the product line and business, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue content offerings at our discretion.

Membership access is for individual use only and may not be shared.

5. Payments and Donations

Payments and donations are processed securely through third party providers, including:

  • Squarespace Payments, powered by Stripe

  • PayPal

We do not store full credit card information.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

WinOnDemand LLC is a for profit entity. Donations and contributions are voluntary and generally not tax deductible.

We reserve the right to refuse or refund a donation at our discretion.

6. Prayer or Encouragement Submissions

If you submit a prayer or word of encouragement, you agree that:

  • The content is voluntarily provided

  • You will not submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive material

  • You will not include highly sensitive medical, financial, or confidential information

We do not publicly share submissions without explicit permission.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to review and respond to your submission for mission related purposes.

7. Work With WinOnDemand Submissions

If you submit an application, resume, pitch, portfolio, or related materials, you agree that:

  • The information provided is accurate

  • Submission does not guarantee employment, partnership, or engagement

  • We may review and retain submissions for future opportunities

We are not obligated to respond to every submission.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of these Terms and purchase records as evidence in dispute proceedings

We reserve the right to recover unpaid amounts.

9. Free Content Disclaimer

All free and paid content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income, success, or outcomes.

Your use of the website and its content is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • $100 USD
